PLEASE NOTE: There should be plenty of lightweight panel pens available for everyone. However, since we have no way to gauge volunteers participation, you may be required to assemble your own pens from available panels and you WILL will be responsible for breaking down and stacking your pens, removing any hay and trash. If you added shavings to those already provided in the barn, you will need to remove down to original bedding level prior to leaving. A refund of your pen deposit will be issues in cash at the show upon completed pen checkout.
Also note that lightweight panels will not contain kids. You will need to bring your own pens for kids.

You can fill in the entry form online, save the file, and email entries to SFDGS.entries@gmail.com . Then pay your entry fees with a via paypal paypal.me/SFDGS. Make sure to add a note stating the name of the exhibitor that the payment is for or we will not know who the the fees apply to.
